At DR.VEGAN, we are committed to ethical fashion and want you to love your sustainable pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, vegan-certified apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
